Online Validation Session of the FITTER Platform with Stakeholders
On 22 October, an online meeting dedicated to testing the FITTER platform was held, with the active involvement of stakeholders who had participated in the labs organised in the FITTER members’ countries. The labs aimed to identify potential bottlenecks in the twin transition process affecting vulnerable groups, leading to recommendations for new policies and amendments to existing policies to address potential inequalities. The outcomes of the labs served as a basis for the design of the platform.

The meeting began with a brief introduction to the platform, followed by a demonstration session in which an exemplary use case was presented and participants were familiarised with the platform's functionalities. The stakeholders had the opportunity to use the platform remotely to assess its functions and capabilities. Following the testing sessions, participants were invited to ask questions and suggest potential improvements. Validation sessions are essential for identifying any existing issues and addressing them before finalising the platform prototype. At the end of the meeting, participants were asked to complete a feedback form, provide brief comments, and report any potential issues identified during the validation session.

The feedback collected during the meeting will be used to fine-tune the platform in preparation for the next in-person validation session, which will take place in Seville on 25 November 2026.
